You can sign up for a class through our website or by downloading our iOS app. You’ll need to create an account and purchase a credit to book your first class.

Yes! All classes are designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors will provide beginner modifications and advanced options to meet you where you’re at.

First-time clients must arrive 15 minutes before class for a brief studio orientation. If you miss this, you won’t be able to join for safety reasons.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to retain your class credit and avoid a fee.

You can cancel or change bookings by logging into your account or through our app. We cannot accept cancellations via email or DMs.

Class Packages: Late cancellations and missed classes result in a lost class credit.

2-Week Unlimited Intro Offer: Late cancellations/missed classes incur a $15 penalty fee.

AutoPay Memberships: Late cancellations and missed classes result in a lost class credit.

Yes! Grip socks are required for all classes and can be purchased at the studio.

Wear form-fitting clothing, bring grip socks (required), a water bottle, and a towel (optional).

Please tell your instructor before class. They will provide modifications to keep you safe.

Yes! We also sell bottled water in case you forget yours.

Classes are 50 minutes and focus on slow, controlled movements with quick transitions. Expect lunges, planks, and core work. It’s normal to feel shaky and sore—that’s your stabilizing muscles working!

Studio Policies

Arrive 15 minutes early if it’s your first class. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before start time.

We allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, late arrivals may not be permitted once the class begins.

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations = lost class credit or fees depending on your membership type.

Changes can be made through your account or app. No cancellations via email/DM.

If you’re on the waitlist, you may get a spot! You’ll be notified by email or text if added. Please remove yourself if unsure, otherwise the cancellation policy applies once added.

Switching within the 12-hour window counts as a late cancellation. Please see our same-day standby policy.

If you late-cancel, you may show up standby for another class the same day. If a spot opens, you can join at no extra charge. However, standby spots cannot be reserved and are not guaranteed.

Please consult your doctor before attending class. Always inform your instructor so they can provide safe modifications.

Yes, you may bring one guest per class. Their attendance will be charged as a class credit to your account.

Please come by the studio as soon as possible. Due to limited storage, we can only keep items for a few days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

No. To maintain a clean, safe, and focused environment, pets are not allowed in the studio.
